Plumeria Credit is the trade name of Plumeria Accord Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company that buys charged-off commercial accounts. We buy portfolios of business loans, lines of credit, merchant cash advance agreements and other commercial accounts from banks, non-bank lenders, funders and fintech platforms.
When we buy an account, Plumeria Accord Holdings LLC becomes its owner and the successor in interest to the original creditor or funder. That is why a business may hear about an account it originally opened with a different company.
Every account we own is commercial: an obligation a business took on for business purposes, along with any guaranties connected to it.
Not every account we own is a loan. In a merchant cash advance, the original funder bought a portion of the business's future receivables rather than lending money. When we acquire one of these agreements, Plumeria Accord Holdings LLC takes the funder's place as purchaser. The terms of the agreement still apply, including any reconciliation or adjustment rights.
Plumeria Accord Holdings LLC owns the accounts it acquires. It is not a collection agency. We may contact you directly, but a collection agency or law firm often reaches out on our behalf. Either way, we can always confirm that Plumeria owns your account and whether the firm contacting you represents us. Call (844) 430-1555, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
We believe a respectful, straightforward process leads to better outcomes for everyone. We give business owners clear information about the account and how it came to us, provide documents on request, and work toward resolutions that fit the business's situation and the terms of its agreement.
