SELL A COMMERCIAL DEBT PORTFOLIO

For banks, lenders, funders and other owners of charged-off commercial accounts.

Plumeria Credit is the trade name of Plumeria Accord Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company that buys charged-off commercial accounts. When we buy a portfolio, Plumeria Accord Holdings LLC becomes the owner of the accounts and the successor in interest to the original creditor or funder.

Who we buy from

We buy from banks, non-bank lenders, funders, fintech platforms and other owners of charged-off commercial accounts.

What we buy

We buy charged-off commercial debt and receivables portfolios, including:

  • Small business loans
  • Business lines of credit
  • Merchant cash advance (receivables purchase) agreements
  • Other commercial accounts, along with any guaranties connected to them

Every account we buy is commercial: an obligation a business took on for business purposes. A merchant cash advance is not a loan. The original funder bought a portion of the business's future receivables, and when we acquire the agreement, Plumeria Accord Holdings LLC takes the funder's place as purchaser under its terms.

One-time sales and forward flow

We consider both one-time portfolio sales and forward flow, meaning ongoing purchases.

How the process works

  1. Initial inquiry. Email us a short description of the portfolio.
  2. NDA. We sign a non-disclosure agreement.
  3. Data review. We review a data file for the portfolio.
  4. Potential bid. If the portfolio is a fit, we make a bid.
  5. Purchase agreement. If the bid is accepted, we move to a purchase agreement.

An inquiry or review does not guarantee a bid or a purchase.

What to include in your first inquiry

  • Asset type
  • Number of accounts
  • Face value
  • Charge-off dates

Please don't send account-level data until an NDA is in place.
